Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for travel-related inquiries and troubleshoot related issues
- Provide guidance on travel policies and assist users with reimbursement and entitlement questions
- Support enterprise applications and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
- 2+ years of Help Desk or Service Desk experience in a federal or DoD environment
- Experience supporting enterprise financial or travel systems
- Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
