Job Summary

As a vital member of the customer-focused technical support team, the full-time Customer Technical Support Specialist will diagnose and resolve software-related issues, ensuring a seamless user experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot software and hardware issues through various communication channels
  • Analyze complex problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, providing clear guidance to users and enhancing overall customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience as a Software Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role
  • Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and understanding of software architecture and networking concepts
  • Prior experience with Structure Query Language and Microsoft SQL databases
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Angular, and ASP
