Job Summary
As a full-time remote Customer Technology Advisor, the successful candidate will lead the sales process, develop and deliver innovative technology solutions, and build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business success.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the sales process, ensuring quality and compliance while supporting Consulting and Advisory activities
- Identify customer business and technical requirements to develop profitable, cross-practice solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners and stakeholders to create winning technical solutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles
- Deep expertise in cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated ability to increase signings through software products and higher value service offerings
- Experience supporting technology and enterprise software sales across multi-industry environments
- Prior consultative selling experience
