Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Customer Technology Advisor will lead the sales process, develop strategic technology solutions, and build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business success.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the sales process, ensuring compliance and quality while collaborating with Consulting and Advisory teams
  • Identify customer requirements to develop winning cross-practice solutions and profitable deals
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and alliance partners, demonstrating the value of Kyndryl's offerings through engaging presentations and demonstrations
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles
  • Deep expertise in cloud technologies, Linux, networking, and enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to increase signings through software products and higher value service offerings
  • Experience in supporting technology and enterprise software sales across various industries
  • Prior consultative selling experience with a strong understanding of technical solutions
