Job Summary

As a full-time remote Customer Technology Advisor, the successful candidate will lead and coordinate the sales process, develop and deliver innovative technology solutions, and build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business success.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the sales process, ensuring compliance and quality while supporting consulting and advisory activities
  • Identify customer requirements and develop strategic solutions leveraging technical expertise
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and partners to create optimal technical solutions
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting
  • Deep expertise in cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to increase signings through software products and higher value services
  • Prior consultative selling experience
  • Experience supporting technology and enterprise software sales across various industries
