Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Customer Technology Advisor will lead the sales process, develop innovative technology solutions, and build relationships with customers and partners to drive business success.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the sales process while ensuring quality and compliance, supporting consulting and advisory activities
  • Identify customer business and technical requirements to develop profitable, cross-practice solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and alliance partners to create optimal technical solutions
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles
  • Deep expertise in cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to increase signings through software products and higher value service offerings
  • Experience supporting technology and enterprise software sales across multi-industry environments
  • Prior consultative selling experience
