Customer Trust Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Trust Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries regarding security issues in products and services
• Manage the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) and security assurance governance framework
• Support customer security reviews as the primary liaison between customers and internal security teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a similar, customer-facing role in security and compliance
• 3+ years of experience delivering presentations to C-level executives and technical experts
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, SaaS, and public cloud
• Working knowledge of compliance audits and security certifications like SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP
