Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Trust Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries regarding security issues in products and services
- Manage the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) and security assurance governance framework
- Support customer security reviews as the primary liaison between customers and internal security teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a similar, customer-facing role in security and compliance
- 3+ years of experience delivering presentations to C-level executives and technical experts
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, SaaS, and public cloud
- Working knowledge of compliance audits and security certifications like SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP
