Job Summary
Leading the Customer Trust program, the full-time remote Customer Trust Manager will manage customer inquiries related to security, compliance, and risk while building a high-performing team and developing scalable response content.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing assurance activities and manage inquiries regarding security, compliance, privacy, and risk
- Develop and oversee governance strategies for Commvault's Trust Center and establish metrics for customer trust activities
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support strategic opportunities and drive improvements in security and compliance programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in customer trust, security assurance, compliance, or related functions
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Experience with enterprise and regulated customers, including familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC, ISO, and HIPAA
- Proven ability to influence across technical and business teams
