Job Summary
Serving as the security authority in customer engagements, the full-time remote Customer Trust Specialist will manage enterprise customer security interactions, respond to complex security inquiries, and support sales enablement while ensuring alignment with customer security frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the named security expert on enterprise customer calls, including CISO briefings and architecture reviews
- Conduct proactive security advisory sessions for strategic accounts, mapping BeyondTrust capabilities to customer security frameworks
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to address security objections and accelerate deal cycles
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security, cybersecurity architecture, or a related technical field, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Deep familiarity with PAM, identity security, Zero Trust architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role, with comfort presenting to C-level and CISO audiences
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53
- Strong written communication skills for crafting precise security documentation and customer-facing materials
