Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Value Architect in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the software platform to translate its functionality and value to customers
• Work closely with customers to drive the adoption of the platform and ensure it meets identified business outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business cases and ROI metrics, while identifying opportunities for expanded platform use

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprise account engagement and client management
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments
• Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is preferred
• Experience in software engineering or relevant technical fields
• Experience in developing customer value and ROI frameworks aligned with business priorities
