Job Summary
To support dealership performance improvement, the full-time remote Customer Value Architect will conduct performance assessments, develop tier advancement plans, and facilitate high-stakes conversations while leveraging deep expertise in dealership operations and the Tekion platform.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct performance assessments using the Dealer Maturity Model and create tier advancement plans for accounts
- Facilitate high-stakes conversations, including value reviews and workflow redesign sessions, using a structured discovery methodology
- Maintain mastery of the Tekion platform and serve as an escalation resource for complex product inquiries
Required qualifications
- Direct experience in automotive dealership operations as a GM, controller, or department manager
- Demonstrated fluency with DMS platforms and dealership technology
- Structured consulting or advisory instincts with the ability to diagnose situations and guide stakeholders
- Prior experience with Tekion or a comparable DMS at an administrative or power user level is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field, or equivalent dealership operations experience
