Job Summary
Managing strategic customer relationships post-go-live, the full-time remote Customer Value Director will drive customer success and satisfaction by executing tailored success plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful business reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary post-go-live contact for customers, serving as a trusted advisor to drive customer success
- Develop and execute customer value plans, including workshops and periodic business reviews to ensure measurable outcomes
- Support customer growth and retention goals through proactive engagement and communication of best practices and product updates
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in P2P or S2C domains with a strong background in customer relationship management
- Proven ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders in value-based business conversations
- Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills for presenting insights to executive audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a SaaS/software background and a minimum of a bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
