Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Value Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-go-live, driving customer success strategies
- Conduct customer check-ins, value reviews, and manage renewals while monitoring customer performance
- Establish trusted advisor relationships and coordinate internal resources to support customer campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in P2P or S2C domains
- Proven background in customer/client management
- Minimum bachelor's degree; master's degree is a plus
- Experience in managing client expectations and developing executive relationships
- Project management experience with cross-functional teams
