Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Value Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-go-live, driving customer success strategies
  • Conduct customer check-ins, value reviews, and manage renewals while monitoring customer performance
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships and coordinate internal resources to support customer campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in P2P or S2C domains
  • Proven background in customer/client management
  • Minimum bachelor's degree; master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in managing client expectations and developing executive relationships
  • Project management experience with cross-functional teams
