Customer Value Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Value Lead - Freelancer (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and foundational research activities
• Lead and support customer interviews to understand needs and segment customer groups
• Oversee project lifecycle, including budget management and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5-10 years of industry experience in innovation marketing and customer insights
• Degree in psychology, sociology, market research or similar
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Strong background in Digital Health or MedTech
• Native-level or professional fluency in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus
