Customization Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Customization team remotely on a part-time temporary basis, the Customization Specialist will manage the ordering of trial loaner devices, monitor team communications, and ensure timely personalization of Speech Generating Devices (SGDs).

Key responsibilities

• Submits shipping requests to order loaner devices and assigns template requests
• Monitors team Inbox and creates device update requests while running playbook for Transfer Progress
• Uses HubSpot CRM to track tasks and document relevant information, prioritizing responsibilities and following up proactively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of office or administrative experience preferred
