Customs Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely Tuesday to Saturday from 2pm to 10:30pm EST, the full-time Release Customs Analyst will be responsible for the timely processing and release of client shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and adherence to operating procedures to achieve client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across all transportation modes
• Create customs entries and perform data entry for shipment information, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
• Research and respond to inquiries from the Call Center regarding shipment status and documentation

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred
• No prior experience required
• Proficiency in Word and Excel software
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
