Customs Analyst

Job Summary

To support efficient shipment processing, the full-time Remote Customs Analyst will manage the timely processing and release of client shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and operational standards while working Tuesday to Saturday from 3:00 to 11:30 pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across various transportation modes
• Create customs entries and verify documentation for compliance and rating
• Research and respond to inquiries from the Call Center regarding shipment status and documentation

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation is required
• No prior experience required
