Customs Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Customs Analyst will ensure the timely processing and release of client shipments while adhering to operational procedures and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across all transportation modes
• Create customs entries by reviewing documentation and selecting appropriate client records and keywords
• Verify compliance with customs requirements and adhere to established policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation is required
• No prior experience is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to manage large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
