Customs Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Customs Analyst will ensure the timely processing and release of client shipments, create customs entries, and verify documentation compliance while adhering to established procedures and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across various transportation modes
• Create customs entries by reviewing client records and interpreting shipment documentation
• Verify documentation for compliance and escalate issues as necessary for resolution

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent is required; Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation is required
• No previous experience required
