Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Customs Analyst (CCS Required) will ensure the accurate and timely processing of client shipments, create customs entries, and verify documentation for compliance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across all transportation modes
- Create customs entries and perform data entry for shipment information, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Research and respond to inquiries from the Call Center regarding shipment status and documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred
- Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is required
- No prior experience required
- Knowledge of Word and Excel software
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines
