Customs Analyst (CCS Required)

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Customs Analyst (CCS Required) will ensure the accurate processing and release of client shipments, manage customs entries, and maintain compliance with regulations while adhering to established operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across various transportation modes
• Create customs entries and verify documentation for compliance and rating accuracy
• Research and respond to inquiries from the Call Center regarding shipment statuses

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation
• No prior experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
