Job Summary
Supporting a remote work environment, the full-time Senior Trade Advisor will conduct customs-related research, develop project plans, and train clients on import and export regulations while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct independent customs-related research and develop project plans for client projects
- Train clients on import and export regulations and provide guidance on complex customs situations
- Analyze and interpret information from clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with U.S. Government regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Customs Broker's License, including U.S. Citizenship
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customs brokerage or auditing
- Previous classification experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus
