Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Customer Experience Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team managing relationships for approximately 750 brokerage accounts
  • Ensure team organization, support, training, and guidance in customer management and issue resolution
  • Directly manage a small book of customers and support organizational growth initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Customer Management Experience (issue resolution, meeting coordination)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
  • Strong knowledge of local customs regulations
  • Customs Broker License
  • Bachelor's degree
