Job Summary
A company is looking for a Brokerage Customer Experience Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team managing relationships for approximately 750 brokerage accounts
- Ensure team organization, support, training, and guidance in customer management and issue resolution
- Directly manage a small book of customers and support organizational growth initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Customer Management Experience (issue resolution, meeting coordination)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Strong knowledge of local customs regulations
- Customs Broker License
- Bachelor's degree
