Job Summary

Customs Broker Representative troubleshoots documentation discrepancies, audits commercial documents, and handles customs brokerage activities in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and coordinate freight delivery to designated locations
• Communicate documentation discrepancies and follow up on clearance processes
• File entries to customs and perform administrative tasks including report preparation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of the harmonized tariff schedule (HS) system
