Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Trade Advisor will conduct independent customs research, develop project plans, and train clients on import and export regulations while ensuring compliance with U.S. government requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts independent customs-related research and develops project plans for clients
- Trains clients on import and export regulations and provides solutions to complex customs situations
- Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure timely project completion and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications:
- Customs Broker License or willingness to obtain one
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or auditing
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous classification experience
