Customs Broker Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Bond Supervisor will manage daily operations of the Bond Department, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing mentorship and support to Bond Specialists in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Bond Specialists, setting performance expectations and monitoring results
• Manage workloads and resources to ensure timely and compliant processing of bonds and related documentation
• Oversee audits and quality reviews to maintain regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Active U.S. Customs Broker License is required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or a related regulatory environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a compliance-focused operational environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and bond administration processes
