Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Representative II to manage customs documentation and compliance remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and coordinate freight delivery to designated locations
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors
• File entries to customs in a timely and accurate manner and handle administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of the harmonized tariff schedule system
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
