Customs Brokerage Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Representative III to work remotely, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares customs entries and coordinates freight delivery to designated locations
• Communicates documentation discrepancies and follows up on the clearance process
• Establishes and maintains client relationships while resolving finance and accounting issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customs Broker License preferred
