Customs Brokerage Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Representative III to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares customs entries and coordinates freight delivery to designated locations
• Follows up on the clearance process for all entries and addresses documentation discrepancies
• Establishes and maintains client relationships while resolving finance and accounting issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customs Broker License is preferred
