Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Rep I to process customs clearance and confirm declarations for shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customs release and confirm declarations for repetitive and non-complex shipments using the CCBS system
• Handle delivery service and import permit requests, gathering necessary documentation for government submission
• Perform data entry, validate customer information, and collect supplementary documentation as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a related field
• High school diploma
• Bilingualism required at an intermediate level (in Quebec only)
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Basic computer skills
