Job Summary

Customs Brokerage Representative demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing in a full-time remote role, responsible for preparing customs entries, coordinating freight delivery, and managing documentation discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares customs entries and coordinates freight delivery to designated locations
• Communicates documentation discrepancies and follows up on clearance processes
• Establishes and maintains client relationships while resolving finance and accounting issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customer Broker License - Preferred
