Customs Brokerage Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customs Brokerage Representative will manage the preparation of export declarations and ensure accurate data entry for US Export Declarations while living within a commutable distance from Coppell, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process export declarations (AES filings) for shipments outside the US
• Communicate and resolve documentation discrepancies and data entry issues related to Export Declarations
• Establish and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with federal regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Customs Brokerage or Import/Export experience preferred
• At least two years of customer service, general office, or data entry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
