Customs Brokerage Representative

Job Summary

Handling customs documentation and ensuring compliance, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative will troubleshoot discrepancies, prepare customs entries, and coordinate freight delivery in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and manage the clearance process for shipments
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors effectively
• Coordinate freight delivery and resolve finance and accounting reconciliation issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of the Harmonized System (HS) codes
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
