Job Summary
Demonstrating advanced knowledge of entry writing, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative will prepare customs entries, manage freight delivery, and communicate discrepancies while working remotely within a commutable distance from Coppell, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares customs entries and coordinates freight delivery to designated locations
- Follows up on the clearance process and resolves documentation discrepancies
- Establishes and maintains client relationships while preparing reports and analysis
Required qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customs brokerage or related fields
- Basic knowledge of logistics terminology and customs operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer Broker License preferred
