Job Summary
Demonstrating advanced knowledge of entry writing, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative will prepare customs entries, manage the clearance process, and communicate with clients while working remotely from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares customs entries and coordinates freight delivery to designated locations
- Follows up on the clearance process and resolves documentation discrepancies
- Establishes and maintains client relationships while preparing reports and analyses
Required qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customs Broker License preferred
