Customs Brokerage Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customs Brokerage Representative III will manage customs entries, coordinate freight delivery, and resolve documentation discrepancies while adhering to customs regulations and government agency clearances.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares customs entries and follows up on the clearance process for all entries
• Communicates documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors while establishing client relationships
• Coordinates freight delivery and resolves finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customs Broker License preferred
