Customs Brokerage Representative

Job Summary

Demonstrating advanced knowledge of entry writing, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative will prepare customs entries, manage the clearance process, and coordinate freight delivery while working remotely from Thursday to Monday, midnight to 8:30 AM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares customs entries and oversees the clearance process for all entries
• Communicates documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors while establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Resolves finance and accounting reconciliation issues and prepares reports using various software packages

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customs Broker License is preferred
