Customs Brokerage Representative

Job Summary

Demonstrating advanced knowledge of entry writing, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative will prepare customs entries, manage clearance processes, and communicate with clients while working remotely from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares customs entries and coordinates freight delivery to designated locations
• Follows up on the clearance process and resolves documentation discrepancies
• Establishes and maintains client relationships while preparing reports and analyses

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customs Broker License preferred
