Job Summary
Demonstrating advanced knowledge of entry writing, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative will prepare customs entries, manage the clearance process, and maintain client relationships while working remotely from 8 am to 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares customs entries and coordinates freight delivery to designated locations
- Communicates documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors, ensuring resolution
- Prepares reports and analysis using various software packages and databases
Required qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customs Broker License preferred
