Job Summary
To support a growing logistics team, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative II will review import documentation, troubleshoot discrepancies, and classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule while working remotely after an initial 6-week onsite training period, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 5 PM to 1:30 AM.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process customs entries accurately and on time
- Review and audit commercial documents, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Communicate documentation needs with customers and coordinate freight forwarding with carriers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Basic understanding of U.S. customs operations and regulations
- Familiarity with HTS codes or tariff classification (preferred but not required)
- Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry
- U.S. Citizenship or lawful authorization to work in the U.S
