Customs Brokerage Representative II

Job Summary

To support the export operations, the part-time Customs Brokerage Representative II will prepare export declarations, process shipments, and resolve documentation discrepancies while working remotely from 8 PM to 2 AM EST, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare export declarations (AES filings) and process shipments to designated locations outside the US
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to team leads and resolve data entry issues related to Export Declarations
• Establish and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with federal regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of Customs Brokerage or Import/Export experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of customer service, general office, or data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and rapid data entry skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
