Job Summary
Demonstrating advanced knowledge of customs entry writing, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative III will prepare customs entries, manage clearance processes, and maintain client relationships while working remotely from a commutable distance to Coppell, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare customs entries and coordinate freight delivery to designated locations
- Follow up on the clearance process and communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors
- Establish and maintain client relationships while resolving finance and accounting reconciliation issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customs Broker License - Preferred
