Job Summary

Demonstrating advanced knowledge of customs entry writing, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative III will prepare customs entries, manage clearance processes, and maintain client relationships while working remotely from a commutable distance to Coppell, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and coordinate freight delivery to designated locations
• Follow up on the clearance process and communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors
• Establish and maintain client relationships while resolving finance and accounting reconciliation issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customs Broker License - Preferred
