Customs Brokerage Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely with a full-time schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST, the Customs Brokerage Specialist will prepare, review, and submit customs entries while ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agency requirements, serving as a liaison among customers, carriers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and transmit customs entries accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies while maintaining communication with stakeholders
• Establish strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates regarding shipment status

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of customs brokerage operations and CBP regulations
• Understanding of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
