Job Summary
To support international transportation services, the full-time Customs Brokerage Specialist will manage daily operations for customs clearance on cross-border shipments, communicate with freight forwarders and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee dynamic shipment holds and examination resolution
- Collaborate with logistics teams and service providers to resolve shipment issues
- Audit compliance-related data submissions for accuracy and completeness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in Trade Compliance and/or Supply Chain industry, such as customs agent or compliance specialist
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant customs-related matters
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations preferred
