Customs Brokerage Supervisor

Job Summary

Customs Brokerage Supervisor supervises the processing of documents in compliance with Customs regulations in a full-time role, managing staff workload, training employees, and overseeing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises account management process and conducts exception reviews
• Oversees brokerage financial management and prepares internal audit reports
• Guides root cause analyses to develop corrective action plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Brokerage experience for at least 5 years - Required
• Strong knowledge of Customs and Border Protection Regulations
• Customs Brokers License - Preferred
• International Trade, Logistics or Freight Forwarding experience - Preferred
