Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Support specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support by resolving 90% of inbound inquiries within SLA
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently across logistics and customs platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA to resolve complex issues faster
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of customs brokerage processes and tools (e.g., ABI, AMS)
- Experience supporting software applications in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and user environments
- Familiarity with EDI or system integrations is preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office tools
