Customs Brokerage Team Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Import Specialist II-Team Lead Backup will process and integrate customer data, ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations, and assist in the movement of goods across international borders while covering for the team lead as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with U.S. Government regulatory agencies and assists clients in understanding trade regulations
• Prepares important documents for import customs clearance and manages aging/unresolved audits
• Builds relationships with customers, resolves issues, and provides guidance to direct reports

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of recent customs brokerage experience
