Customs Brokerage Transformation Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Principal - Customs Brokerage - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year operational transformation strategy roadmap in partnership with operations and engineering
• Oversee the evaluation and standardization of operating procedures and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and CA regulations while driving adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 10 years work experience in a business domain
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Customs Brokerage operations in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of North American Freight Forwarding processes and Customs clearance operations
• Experience with Transport Management System CargoWise One
• Strong project management and change management skills, particularly in systems and process automation improvements
