Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year operational transformation strategy for customs brokerage
• Lead process transformation and standardization of operating procedures to enhance efficiency
• Oversee technology implementation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 10 years work experience in a relevant business domain
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Freight Forwarding Customs Brokerage operations in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of North American Customs clearance and brokerage operations
• Experience with Transport Management System CargoWise One
• Project management and change management experience, especially in systems and process automation improvements
