Customs Compliance Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Trade Compliance Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and account activities
• Manage the classification of client products and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Oversee the delivery of solutions and services, ensuring quality and adherence to service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a corporate trade compliance or customs brokerage environment
• Advanced knowledge of import and export trade compliance processes and controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customs Brokers License preferred; additional professional certifications are a plus
