Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Trade Compliance Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and account activities
- Manage the classification of client products and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Oversee the delivery of solutions and services, ensuring quality and adherence to service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a corporate trade compliance or customs brokerage environment
- Advanced knowledge of import and export trade compliance processes and controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customs Brokers License preferred; additional professional certifications are a plus
